Conservatories, Orangeries & Extensions Manchester

Really pleased with our orangery style conservatory, looks more like an extension and has added space and value to our property. The person I dealt with and his team are great to work with, very flexible, friendly and even fitted an extra window during the build which wasn’t part of the original plan but it was no problem and easily accommodated. Friendly and reliable and we love the result. So happy we chose to go with Allerton Windows and would highly recommend.

I live in Maghull and did a lot of research and quotes before ordering from Allerton Windows in Bootle. I ordered double glazing for the front and sides of the house having already done the back a few years ago with another company (pre-covid). Hands down this is the best company. The receptionist is lovely and funny! She'll brighten your day. No hard sales pitch and window demo's and the price is reasonable. They measured right away and Tony came with his son to install them. They were quick, efficent and new exactly what they were doing. Tony is brilliant at what he does and quite the perfectionist. Plus they are the funniest two guys you'll ever meet. Our 50 year old windows had pebble dashing over the frame of the old windows which Tony had to chisel away to get the new windows in. I couldn't believe it when, I saw Tony re-pebble dashing around the sides of the new windows so there were no jaggered edges. What a perfectionist. They do look amazing and the house is now so much warmer. Tony even fixed the back window from the previous company and now I can close the back door without slamming it shut and the sunlight no longer comes through a small crack in the top. Thanks to all the team !

We've just had a kitchen extension / orangery completed by Allerton Windows. You can view photos of it on the Allerton Windows facebook and instagram pages - modestly, it's the one with the most likes! We love everything about it, its seamless look with the rest of the house, the extra space it's given us, the natural light through the lantern, and the sheer quality of the kitchen and associated fittings.

We chose Allerton Windows to realise our project because of their approach. Tony and Paul know their stuff - they've built so many of these now - but they are also willing to listen to you and ensure your ideas are incorporated. We genuinely felt like we were working in partnership with them from the start.

Tony has picked up ideas from all of the projects he has worked on. He knows what works and what doesn't, his advice is invaluable. Outside of the main construction and finishing (which went without a hitch - his core Allerton Windows team is superb), he also has so many trade contacts now - tilers, kitchen fitters, carpenters, worktop manufacturers, decorators and so on. On each, he won't force you to use his people - he'll give you a fair price and leave it with you. At no stage was there any push or hard sell.

Any project will have hiccups - ours were all minor I'm glad to say. Having said that, Tony is the most actively involved project manager I've seen. He was responsive to any queries we had, usually turning up in person within an hour or so and invariably working out a way forward and to reassure us.

I can't recommend them enough. If you've in mind any similar project to us, they really are the best around. By all means, look around, get quotes. But if you want a team that know what they're doing, to the highest standards, and accommodating your wishes, then go with Tony and Allerton Windows. And no, we're not on commission with them!
