All of our designs and installations are completely unique and based on your preferences. This means prices can change when it comes to colour, style and other modifications such as handles.
As a guideline, our Bifold Doors start from £1,500 per panel and come from 3 to 6 doors depending on your space. These are averages and don't include any bespoke changes. To find out more, speak to us today!
Bifold doors are best installed in a large opening on one side of your home, ideally leading out onto a garden or patio space.
Whilst you can choose to have bifold doors fitted in place of traditional french doors, they’re better suited to larger openings, so that you can make the most of the increased light and air coming in.
The Liniar Alumina bifold door system facilitates from 1 pane to as many as 7 opening sashes up to 6m wide. This allows them to easily fit into most home renovation projects.
You have a number of options open to you when choosing your bifold doors including:
> Number of doors. Depending on the space you have, you can choose between 1 and 7 bifold doors for your installation.
> Configuration of doors. There are a number of setups you can choose from depending on the number of doors you choose. This will determine how the doors open and fold onto each other.
> External styling. Choose between sculptured and chamfered decorative aesthetic styles.
> Colour finishes. 11 colour finishes are available, including white, black and grey to wooden finishes.
Over a long period of time you may come across a handful of issues that can be easily remedied with some light maintenance:
> Difficult to open or easily stuck. Bifold doors may become difficult to open if you allow debris or dirt to get stuck in the tracks. This can be prevented by ensuring the tracks remain clear of debris.
> Locking mechanism sticking. All locking mechanisms may get stuck after many years of use. Prevent this from occurring by lubricating with light machine oil or silicone-based lubricant once a year.
> Bifold doors getting dirty. Like any glass product, bifold doors will get dirty over time. Clean the windows and doors with soapy water once a fortnight to keep them looking their best.
Our bifold installations come with a product guarantee of 10 years. Their industry-leading design, along with our high standards of installation means that you’re unlikely to have any problems with your new bifold doors.

Choose from 3 hard-wearing powder-coated finishes, as well as 8 foil colours and wood grain finishes.
Regular sets of french doors or sliding doors can be replaced with bifold doors. The space that your current doors take up will dictate how many bifold doors you can have.
For example, if you wish to simply replace your set of two french doors with bifold doors, then you can do so with a 2 leaf bifold door configuration.
However, if you have more space on either side of the doors, you may be able to extend this to a 3 or 4 door configuration.
