Phase 1: The Core Extension (Original Quote)

The primary focus was to build a structurally sound, highly functional wrap-around extension fitted with premium finishes to maximize natural light and interior space.

  • Groundworks: Managed site plant hire, installed all primary foul drains, soakaways, and laid high-spec concrete foundations and floor screeding.
  • Apertures & Glazing: Installed double-glazed windows, a new secure front door, and sleek bifold doors to create an effortless indoor-outdoor flow.
  • Roofing & Lighting: Fitted fascias and soffits alongside three solar-powered Velux windows to flood the extension with natural daylight.

  • Plumbing & Heating: Fitted new radiators, toilet, and sink facilities.

  • Finishes: Professional plastering throughout, finished with precision skirtings and door architraving.

Phase 2: Additional Scope

During the build, the client requested additional exterior groundworks, specialised interior features, and full exterior finishing.
