Refresh And Protect Your Roof With Tailored Fascias

Our 25+ years of experience all started with fascia replacement and fitting, so it’s safe to say we know a thing or two about future-proofing your roof.

Looking for easy ways to prevent roof damage and enhance curb appeal? We specialise in high-quality, durable fascias made from 100% lead-free uPVC, allowing you to expand the life of your entire roof system in a cost-effective and low-maintenance way.

What are fascias?

Fascias are the longboards along the roof edge that do most of the heavy lifting to support your guttering and protect your home’s interiors against damp and the elements in the long run. Not to mention, they can add an overall brighter, smoother and cleaner look to your roof edge that will impact your home’s value and last for years to come.

Our customer-first approach

If you’re not sure which of our fascias your home needs, our experienced team is on hand to guide you through the entire process.

Our experienced team have seen it all and can make recommendations in-store at our Liverpool showroom or get in touch, and we’ll conveniently meet you at home instead. With decades of expertise, we offer dedicated advice to find the right solution to fit each roof and home.

After finding the right product for your roof, styling options and our fitting process, we’ll plan the work around you so you can get on with what matters with minimum fuss. Our fitters are trained to leave no trace – once the job is finished, you won’t even be able to tell they were there!

How often should fascia boards be replaced?

Most fascias are fitted at the time of build and have a mixed lifespan due to varied composite materials. Thankfully, our 10-year guarantee offers you total peace of mind. So when should you begin to do something about it? You can spot some of the signs clearly pointing to much-needed roof TLC, while others are less obvious.

  • Faded colour or poor condition
  • Blocked or leaking gutters
  • Cracked or peeling paint
  • Internal roof leaks
  • Infestation in your roof space
  • Other roof issues

Avoiding the signs can often result in preventable and expensive roof and attic damage that can erode the health and value of your home. So, if your home has signs of ticking time bombs, consider a cost-effective and permanent solution before disaster strikes.

Can I customise fascia boards to my home?

While fascias can support a host of structural reasons, they can also enhance the architectural appearance and value of your home beyond the basics too.

Our range of colour schemes allows you to complement your home’s existing door style, enhance design detailing and seamlessly showcase a unique style within cookie-cutter neighbourhoods. Potential buyers may look to refreshed fascias to gauge if a home has been well-maintained and kept.

Customise our range of fascia boards spanning Replacement, Capping, Flat, Soffit or Vented in a variety of colours:

White Foil, Cream Foil, Irish Oak, Golden Oak, Chartwell Green, Rosewood, 7016 Grey, Black Brown

Can fascia replacements save money on heating?

Given that 20-25% of heat is lost through the roof alone weatherproofing your roof has never been more important, especially given our typical British weather. Fascias can help shield your home come rain, shine or snow.

Our fascia boards contain the latest manufacturing technology, producing boards thicker than the industry standard at 20mm. Not only does this improve insulation, air ventilation and roof strength, but it also reduces the need for continuous heating and home improvements. Installing the latest in fascia boards can have less impact on your wallet, and the planet too.

Fascia fittings and fire safety:

Cost-effective roof solutions shouldn’t cost time or worry. That’s why our fascia boards are designed to suit a variety of homes, ensuring our expert fitting is as seamless as it is simple. All of our industry-exceeding 20mm fascia boards have been Class Y1 certified to fire industry classifications, offering your home more safety and security in the event of a fire.

How much do fascias cost?

At Allerton Windows, we pride ourselves on delivering a bespoke service tailored to your exact needs. Given the variety of solutions, styles on offer, and the different sizes of roof measurements, our fascia prices will vary from customer to customer.

However, your home may not need a complete refit of fascias, and we may recommend a few options. Your best bet is to give us a call or come into our showroom to get a personalised quote for fitting fascias.

Many Thanks to AGG for an excellent service leading to an excellent outcome. From the initial consultation and advice from Jon Paul, through to my dealings with the office staff and of course the skilled work of the fitters, I have had a totally professional and friendly experience. The job included encapsulation of my house's original leaded stained glass windows, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result.I am happy to add my name to the long list of 5 star reviews and would recommend this company without hesitation.

Tony and the team recently installed a new front porch (Oct-23), I cannot recommend highly enough. From start to finish, it has been a super slick operation - at every stage tradesmen (all employed by the company) turn up as planned, completing work to a very high standard. Tony oversees the entire project, which meant when we changed our mind on design he was able to accommodate. We are delighted with the finished project, great value for money in an over inflated market. We shall be using Allerton Windows again!

We had a small extension built by Allerton Windows. From Steve to Tony, everyone did an amazing job to complete the job in just over a month! The workmanship was fantastic! Ours was a new-built so they took extra care to match bricks and roof tiles. They even put in a built in cat flap for us in double glazed doors! Tony is excellent in keeping the communication going during the whole time. We can't recommend them enough!

We had Allerton Windows build an extension for us. The team who worked on the job were top quality and knew their trade inside out. With any build of this scale, things happen to slow things down, but despite being in lockdown, the work was completed on schedule and to budget.Tony was a frequent visitor on site during the final week of the build and, as my wife was 39 weeks pregnant while the team were knocking through, he managed to pull out all the stops to get the build finished, literally, the day before my wife went into labour. Trades were on site early and left late, and all the different trades who worked on the job were brilliant, and most spent time tidying up after themselves.Despite some delays on getting materials (Brexit, pandemic, and not the fault of Allerton Windows) each stage of the job was completed by skilled tradesmen. The ladies who decorated were amazing and very fast workers. The plasterers were genuinely nice blokes who spent the longest here, and were clearly very proud of their work. The brickies were great workers and the spark tidied up as he went, including other trades' mess! The steel man was a pleasure to have in the house, and transformed the house before our eyes!Overall, it was a hectic build, but these things tend to be anyway, particularly towards the end, but Allerton Windows were able to deal with this well. Tony made sure things happened and the build was finished before baby arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend Allerton Windows for work such as this.
